BCCL Chief Vigilance Officer Aman Raj Bids Farewell at Koyla Bhawan Headquarters

A chapter of dedicated vigilance leadership came to a close at Bharat Coking Coal Limited as the company formally bid farewell to its Chief Vigilance Officer Aman Raj upon the successful completion of his tenure.
The farewell ceremony, held at Koyla Bhawan Headquarters, witnessed the presence of senior management led by BCCL CMD Manoj Kumar Agarwal, along with officials from across the organisation. Aman Raj was felicitated with a bouquet, ceremonial shawl, and memento in recognition of his contribution to strengthening transparency, accountability, and ethical governance within the company.
An officer of the Railway Services, Aman Raj had been serving as BCCL’s CVO on a three-year deputation. During his tenure, the vigilance department played an important role in promoting integrity-driven administrative practices and reinforcing accountability mechanisms across the organisation.
The event also marked the transition of vigilance leadership, with Dipti Patel, currently serving as Chief Vigilance Officer of Eastern Coalfields Limited (ECL), set to assume additional charge as BCCL’s new CVO.
Management officials expressed confidence that her experience and expertise in vigilance administration would help maintain continuity while further strengthening institutional governance frameworks.
As one of India’s largest coking coal producers and a subsidiary of Coal India Limited, BCCL continues to focus on transparency, compliance, and operational excellence as key pillars of its long-term growth strategy.
