The station was honoured with the OHS&E Excellence Award 2026 (Gold Category) for maintaining exemplary standards in Occupational Health, Safety and Environment management. Alongside this, it also received the 12th Greentech CSR Award 2026 in the Healthcare Promotion category, recognising its impactful efforts to improve healthcare accessibility and community well-being. The awards were received on behalf of the station by Rajiv Ranjan, AGM, and Smriti Das, Executive, highlighting the collective dedication of the NTPC Bongaigaon team towards operational excellence and social responsibility.
